    A volunteer working group will be looking at EHR content remediation practices, standards, policies, etc. this fall/winter. The goal is to assemble current practices to remediate when the wrong patient, wrong encounter or wrong document type is selected within the complex space of a fulsome clinical information system (also known as an EHR, EPR, EMR, etc.). If you have experience in this functional area and would like to share your knowledge to help other health information professionals across Canada, please see the volunteer posting closing Sept 11th, 2026: Volunteer role: EHR content remediation WG.
